    [Globalink-age Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of registered staff, job seekers, and business partners' representatives in the temporary staffing, permanent placement, outsourcing, and other human resources-related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by the Company.

    "Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and means information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact information, work history, residence card information, or other descriptions contained in such information.

    The Company collects personal information by the following methods:

    • 1. Direct provision from the individual through entry, registration meetings, interviews, telephone calls, etc.
    • 2. Submission of documents such as resumes, curriculum vitae, skill sheets, and residence cards.
    • 3. Provision from partners in recruitment activities (job media companies, recruitment agencies, etc.).

    Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

    The Company uses the acquired personal information for the following purposes:

    1. Personal information of registered staff and job seekers

    • (1) For introducing jobs, contacting regarding jobs, and inquiring about skills and requirements to dispatch/introduction destination companies.
    • (2) For labor management such as concluding employment contracts, paying salaries, processing social and labor insurance, and providing welfare benefits after employment is decided.
    • (3) For confirming the status of residence, acting as an agent for applications, and providing life support services as a registered support organization for foreign personnel.
    • (4) For implementing education and training, and career consulting.
    • (5) For safety confirmation, emergency contact, and disaster response.
    • (6) For improving the Company's services and conducting questionnaire surveys.

    2. Personal information of business partners (corporate representatives)

    • (1) For concluding and fulfilling contracts, billing operations, and contacting regarding services.
    • (2) For guiding the Company's services and providing information.

    Article 4 (Handling of Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information)

    The Company acquires, uses, and appropriately manages Individual Numbers (My Number) and specific personal information only within the scope necessary for legal procedures such as taxes and social insurance, based on the My Number Act and other relevant laws and regulations.

    Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

    As a general rule, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

    1. Provision to employment destinations, etc.

    • (1) In the case of temporary staffing: When providing information to the dispatch destination company within the scope necessary for the performance of duties (e.g., information on name, gender, ability to perform duties, etc.) based on the Worker Dispatching Act, etc., after obtaining consent based on registration and employment contracts.
    • (2) In the case of permanent placement: When disclosing information such as resumes and curriculum vitae to the introduction destination company for screening, after obtaining the job seeker's consent.

    2. Cases based on laws and regulations

    When disclosure is requested by national or local governments, courts, police, or other organizations based on laws and regulations (including the Immigration Control Act, etc.).

    3. Protection of human life, body, or property

    When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

    Article 6 (Entrustment of Personal Information)

    The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information, such as payroll calculation, social insurance procedures, and system maintenance operations, to external parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In this case, the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the outsourced party.

    The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to safely manage other personal information.
